Cecilia Kittley Shinn

Cecilia Kittley Shinn received a Master’s of Music in music theory from Texas State University where she performed with the University Chorale and VocaLibre under the direction of Joey Martin, and played second violin with the Texas State Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Howard Hudiburg. She was selected to participate in the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival Chamber Choir under the direction of Simon Carrington at the Yale Summer School of Music campus in Norfolk, Connecticut. Cecilia is the pianist and the 3rd-6th grade Children’s Choir director for First Baptist Church in Seguin, Texas, and teaches voice and choral music.
