Dana Wilson
Dana Wilson’s performance repertoire extends from early Renaissance music to contemporary jazz. He was educated at Loyola College of Music and Fine Arts in his native New Orleans. Dana is recognized for his expression, musicality, and sensitivity in works of the Renaissance and baroque genres, for being equally and artistically versatile in his performance of the classical and romantic repertoire, and for his distinctive and authentic interpretation of German lied, French mélodie, and “art song” genre. Dana now performs in the Philadelphia region, throughout the US, and internationally in opera, operetta, oratorio, in recital, and as a chamber music soloist.
