Conspirare COVID-19 Policy

Conspirare COVID-19 Policy

 updated October 6, 2021

The health and safety of our entire Conspirare family is guiding our return to the concert stage. We will be implementing policies that incorporate the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Austin Public Health.

Conspirare will publish current protocols in advance concert communication to ticket holders and on our website. Here are a few things we are planning on to insure your safety:

      • Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth will be required at all performances and public events for the duration of the event. We will ask you to pull up your covering if it does not cover your mouth and nose. If you are unable to wear a mask, please join us at a future performance.
      • Please stay home if you or someone in your household is sick, has a fever, feels ill, or is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. We will happily refund or exchange your tickets. Please contact the Long Center Box at boxoffice@thelongcenter.org or call the office at (512) 474-5664 to request a refund or exchange.
      • Upon arrival at the venue, patrons will be asked to provide a printed or digital copy of a negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours (3 days) of the event for all patrons aged 12 and older for admission. In lieu of a negative test, a patron can voluntarily provide printed proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with final vaccine dated at least 14 days prior to the event. Printed negative test results or proof of vaccination must be dated with your full name matching your ID.
      • Conditions may necessitate we relocate ticket holders in the hall to increase distance between patrons, offer a livestream only, or cancel or postpone concerts. These changes will be communicated in a timely manner to all ticket holders. Refunds will be offered in the case of cancellations or changes.
