Ashley George

Ashley George studied choral conducting under Dr. Joey Martin at Texas State University, San Marcos, and completed her graduate studies in 2005. A native of Dover, Delaware, Ashley moved to Austin to begin her teaching career. She spent two years teaching elementary music in the Austin area schools of Oak Hill, Brentwood Elementary and Sunset Valley Elementary. Ashley is now the choir director at Bedichek Middle School in Austin. She also enjoys accompanying region choirs and the Hill Country choir camps.
