Daniel Buchanan

Daniel Buchanan is a multifaceted artist, active as a singer, composer, pianist, and music educator. A graduate of the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, Daniel has served on the music faculties of Wheaton College and Lone Star College. He has sung with Southwest Florida Symphony, Bach Society of Houston, Mercury Baroque Ensemble, and Houston Chamber Choir, and has performed with Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Cantare Houston, and Houston Grand Opera. Now based in Portland, Oregon, Daniel performs with Portland Opera and Oregon Bach Festival. He released his debut album Devotion in 2008. www.danielbuchanan.net
