Ms. Boessen is honored to collaborate with the artists at Conspirare. She recently graduated with her Masters in Choral Conducting from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.

While completing her degree, she studied under the direction of Dr. Craig Hella Johnson and Dr. Joey Martin. She served as Assistant Director of the Texas State Chorale and University Singers as well as Director of the Texas State Treble Choir. She continues to conduct regularly as Assistant Conductor of Chorus Austin. In addition to her work behind the podium, she actively performs in Texas choral ensembles including Austin Cantorum. Her most recent performances include “ReCast: Hope Beyond Boundaries” with Conspirare, J.S. Bach’s “B Minor Mass” with the Victoria Bach Festival, and Mozart’s “Requiem” with the Texas Bach Festival. In the spring of 2026, she will be joining the music faculty at her undergraduate Alma Mater, Austin College, in Sherman, TX, as visiting professor.
