Event Time
Friday, May 22nd | 8:00 PM concert.
Pre-concert talk from 7:00-7:30 PM located in Bates Recital Hall.
Box office opens at 6:30pm.
Program Run Time: Approx. 100 minutes, 15 minute intermission.
We recommend you arrive 45 minutes before showtime.
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager at a suitable pause in music. Original seats cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
What to Wear
Some people dress up, some people are more casual. We invite you to come just as you are!
Parking
The nearest parking garage to Bates Recital Hall is the San Jacinto Garage. Parking is available at multiple garages near the Butler School of Music. Click here for parking information and maps.
Safety
Security is in place for the safety of all attendees. In the event of an evacuation, please follow all directions.

Locate Your Tickets
Your tickets will be sent 72 hours before the start of the concert to the address you have on file with the Long Center Box Office. To locate them in your inbox, search for the subject line “Here are your Tickets” or the sender boxoffice@thelongcenter.org. If you don’t see them, please check your junk/spam folder. You can request your tickets be resent by contacting boxoffice@thelongcenter.org or stopping by the Box Office.
Insure you receive every note: Please make sure to add boxoffice@thelongcenter.org and conspirare.org to your safe senders list. If you use Gmail, drag these e-mails to your priority inbox.
Pre & Post-Concert Activities
Please join us from 7:00-7:30 pm for a pre-concert talk with conductor, Craig Hella Johnson and Tamuka Simango from Water Your Plants. There will be an audience Q&A.
