Ana Baida is a native Texan based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she balances a dynamic career that spans both the arts and corporate strategy. A professional singer and career consultant to vocal artists, she also serves as Global Head of Talent Intelligence at Visa, where she partners across the business to solve complex talent challenges. She enjoys the constant interplay between analytical thinking and creative expression, and feels grateful she found her way to a career that allows her to use both sides of her brain.
Ana performs regularly with Conspirare, Kinnara Ensemble, and the Choruses of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and has recently appeared with the Santa Fe Desert Chorale and with the American Soloists Ensemble, including a recent diplomatic tour through South Korea. She has served for more than 15 years as a staff soloist and section leader at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta and continues to collaborate with various ensembles throughout the region.
She holds degrees from Southwestern University, Texas A&M University, and Northeastern University.
